It is related by Sahl ibn Saad (May God be pleased with him) that the Messenger of God, Muhammad (Peace be upon him) said, "Whoever supports an orphan from among his own or any other family, he will be as close to me in Heaven as these fingers are close to each other."

MSA UCSD has collaborated with Islamic Relief in the Orphan Sponsorship Drive and committed itself to try and sponsor as many orphans as possible every month, year-round!

For this effort, we need plenty of help. Please ask your family, friends, and anyone you know to donate a small amount to help those in need.
